Job Description
Sales Leadership & Management
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
* Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing guidance, support, and development.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Sales Operations
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
* Monitor sales pipelines and ensure opportunities are properly managed.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure proper CRM utilization and accurate sales reporting.
Strategic Planning
* Develop annual sales plans and growth initiatives.
* Analyze sales data and market intelligence to support decision-making.
* Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve profitability.
* Support senior management with strategic recommendations and business insights.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales management position.
* Previous experience in construction, building materials, aluminum, cladding, façade systems, architectural products, glass, steel, or related industries is required.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
