- We are hiring a sales manager.
- Job brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. - You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the medical devices market and customer needs.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and large accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
