Kodland is a global online school where children and teenagers aged 5–17 learn coding, develop digital confidence, and build future-ready skills.

We are currently growing our Arabic-speaking markets and looking for remote Sales Managers to join our team in Egypt. This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, and clear growth opportunities for high performers.

As a Sales Manager, you will conduct 60-minute online trial lessons via Zoom with children and their parents. Your main goal will be to understand each family’s needs, present Kodland’s programs, answer questions, handle objections professionally, and guide interested families toward enrollment.

You will not be working alone. Kodland provides a clear process, practical onboarding, training materials, and ongoing support from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 60-minute online trial lessons via Zoom for children and parents
• Build a friendly and professional connection with families
• Understand the child’s interests, goals, and learning needs
• Present Kodland’s online courses and recommend the most suitable program
• Answer parents’ questions and handle objections calmly
• Guide interested families through the enrollment decision
• Follow Kodland’s structured sales process and communication standards
• Work remotely while managing your weekly schedule responsibly

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker
• English level B2 or higher, with confident speaking and writing skills
• Strong communication skills and confidence on video calls
• Interest in sales, education, online learning, or working with families
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to build trust with parents and communicate clearly with children
• Calm and professional approach when handling questions or objections
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
• Availability during evening hours, especially from 16:00 Egypt time, as most families are available after school or work
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Laptop or PC, webcam, headset or microphone, and stable internet connection
• Responsible, self-organized, and motivated to grow in a performance-based role
