Requirements

  • Educational Foundation: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Expertise: Bring 5-10 years of experience in a dedicated sales role, demonstrating a track record of success at an Experienced career level.
  • Essential Sales Acumen:
    • Demonstrable proficiency in Sales Skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
    • A history of consistently achieving and exceeding Sales Targets.
    • Strong understanding of Marketing principles and their application in sales.
    • Expertise in conducting thorough Market Research to identify opportunities.
  • Industry Specific Knowledge:
    • Proven experience in Plastic Sales is highly advantageous.
    • Familiarity with the Food Production industry is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills:
    • Outstanding Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse clients.
    • A natural ability to build rapport and foster strong customer relationships.
