Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the sales team, set and achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent service delivery. Responsibilities will also include training and guiding the team, analyzing sales data, and reporting performance metrics to management. Collaboration with other departments to drive growth and customer satisfaction will be essential.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree
-FMCG background and Hands on sales buzz is a must
-Experience as supervisor or team leader
-Car owner is a must
-Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)
