You will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring our sales targets are not just met, but exceeded. This is a crucial on-site role where your leadership and sales prowess will directly contribute to our growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement effective sales plan specifically tailored for the HoReCa market in Cairo. 
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the HoReCa industry, ensuring exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales approaches.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics, utilizing insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Ensure efficient use of sales tools and systems, including data management within relational databases.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team achievements.
  • Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in HoReCa sales, team leadership, and strategic planning. Proficiency in managing client data and sales pipelines, often utilizing relational databases, is key.

Requirements

  • Required Skills:
    • Demonstrable expertise in Customer Service and building strong client relationships.
    • Exceptional ability to achieve and surpass Sales Target Achievement.
    • Strong background in Sales Strategy development and execution, particularly within the HoReCa sector.
    • Proficiency in working with and managing data in Relational Databases.
    • Proven experience in HoReCa Sales and understanding of the industry’s nuances.
    • Demonstrated capabilities in Team Leadership and motivation.
    • Excellent Relationship Management and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills for Market Analysis and sales performance.
