Job Description

We are hiring Sales Team Leader for an international company in the education field located in Alexandria.

Job Description: 

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the educational market.
• Manage the full sales cycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure proper use of CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in education or e-learning.

• At least 2 years of Experience as Sales Team Leader.

• Strong experience using CRM platforms for sales tracking and pipeline management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Must be a resident of Alexandria.
