Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up to close sales.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Advise customers on available surplus stock, scrap materials, and steel products.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor daily market trends and pricing for surplus and scrap materials and report updates to management.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Approach leads through adds, emailing, and networking.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
