Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Chemist role based in Badr City, suitable for fresh graduates in chemistry or related fields. The Production Chemist will assist in preparing and adjusting formulations for soaps, cleaners, and disinfectants under the supervision of senior staff. Typical tasks include operating and monitoring production equipment, sampling and testing batches, recording production data, and ensuring materials are used according to specifications. The role involves supporting quality checks during production, reporting any deviations, and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The Production Chemist will also collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality and support process improvements.
Qualifications

• Strong laboratory skills and familiarity with basic lab equipment and procedures.
• Analytical skills for interpreting test results, identifying deviations, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Understanding of quality control principles to support in-process checks and final product evaluation.
• Awareness of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and commitment to safety, hygiene, and proper documentation.
• Interest in Research and Development (R&D) activities, including assisting in trials and formulation adjustments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Willingness to work on-site in Badr City and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
