Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Cost Accountant. Responsibilities include overseeing cost accounting processes, preparing detailed financial statements, and performing complex journal entries. The role requires analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiency and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Regular reporting and insights into cost controls and variance analysis will also be key components of day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Accounting and knowledge of cost management principles
• Experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and variance analysis
• Expertise in Journal Entries and financial transactions in alignment with accounting standards
• Understanding of Finance-related processes and budget management
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Experience in digital or tech-driven organizations is a plus
