Key Responsibilities

• Local SEO Management: Execute monthly checklists for medical clinics or others
• (GMB posts, citation cleanup, directory consistency).
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, H1-H3 headers, and
• internal linking based on our strategy.
• Technical Fixes: Use Screaming Frog to find and fix broken links, 404s, and basic
• indexing issues.
• WordPress Edits: specific page updates, uploading blog content, and fixing basic
• formatting issues (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
• Reporting: Update ranking spreadsheets and generate monthly PDF reports.
• Communication: Coordinate with the Canadian team daily via Teams

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (Agency experience preferred).
• English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (B2/C1).
• You must be able to write error-free meta descriptions and communicate clearly with the team.
• Tool Stack: Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, WordPress, and SEO
• tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog).
• Reliability: You must have a stable internet connection and a dedicated
• workspace.
• Attention to Detail: You follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Double-check your work.
