Job Description
Payroll Management (End-to-End)
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for outsourced client employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, social insurance, and taxes.
- Coordinate payroll closing, validation, and approvals.
- Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and client reporting.
Personnel Administration (End-to-End)
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, contract management, amendments, exits).
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Issue HR letters, certificates, and employment documentation.
Employee Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure fair application of HR policies and labor regulations.
Governmental Relations & Labor Law Compliance
- Manage all dealings with governmental entities (Social Insurance, Labor Office, Tax Authority, Medical Insurance, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance
- Prepare and submit required reports, declarations, and legal documentation.
HRIS Management
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems for outsourced employees.
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and timely updates
- Generate HR analytics and operational reports.
Medical Insurance & Benefits Administration
- Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, changes, and claims.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and brokers.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits.
Controls, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and data confidentiality.
- Prepare periodic operational and compliance reports.
- Support internal and external audits.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive HR Operations experience.
- Strong background in payroll, personnel administration, and outsourcing environments.
- Proven experience managing governmental relations in Egypt.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and payroll regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.

Language Requirements:
