وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
EELAF is growing our Lighting Solutions business and we’re looking for a senior, hands-on sales professional who can win project opportunities from early-stage engagement to award and handover.
This is a projects-only role. No retail. No walk-in sales.
What you’ll do
- Own a pipeline of lighting solutions projects (commercial / industrial / hospitality / infrastructure).
- Work with consultants, developers, main contractors, and MEP contractors to secure approvals and awards.
- Lead the full cycle: lead → site & requirements → solution proposal → layout/BoQ coordination → submittals → commercial offer → negotiation → award → handover.
- Drive value engineering (performance + lifecycle + warranty), not discount-only selling.
- Coordinate internally with technical/presales for:
- Lighting calculations / layouts (where needed)
- Compliance and technical submittals
- Mockups/samples, approvals, and project documentation
- Keep a clean CRM forecast and weekly action plan.
What we need
- 7+ years in lighting projects / lighting solutions sales with proven closures.
- Strong understanding of lighting solution fundamentals:
- Lux targets, beam angles, optics
- CCT/CRI, UGR (where relevant), IP/IK
- Drivers, dimming/controls (0-10V / DALI / smart controls if applicable)
- Warranty, lifetime, energy-saving / ROI logic
- Strong negotiation and bid/tender discipline.
Nice to have (big plus)
- Experience with lighting controls and “smart building” integration
- Ability to read drawings/specs and coordinate Dialux/Relux outputs (even if done by presales)
