Job Description
Role Objective
The Senior Marketing Executive will drive the end-to-end execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies. This role is pivotal in elevating brand presence, supporting cross-sector product launches (across commercial, industrial, and maritime divisions), and ensuring cohesive messaging across all corporate and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications Strategy
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust communication plans that align directly with overarching group objectives.
Launch & Event Support: Lead the marketing efforts for product launches, targeted B2B campaigns, corporate events, and industry exhibitions.
Content Development & Management
High-Quality Creation: Drive the craft of premium content across multiple mediums, including:
Social media platforms and digital channels
Press releases and media kits
Website copy and SEO-driven content
Corporate profiles, brochures, and executive presentations
Targeted email campaigns and internal communications
Brand Alignment: Ensure all messaging remains clear, compelling, and strictly aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing & Optimization
Platform Management: Design and manage comprehensive, data-driven content calendars for all social platforms.
Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns (both organic and paid), continuously tracking performance and ROI.
Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with graphic designers and creative teams to produce high-impact visual assets.
Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends to proactively propose innovative content formats and digital strategies.
Brand & Identity Management
Brand Guardianship: Maintain corporate brand guidelines to guarantee visual and tonal uniformity across all internal and external materials.
Asset Production: Direct the production of physical and digital marketing collateral, including catalogs, promotional videos, and professional photography.
Media & Public Relations
Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong, productive relationships with key media partners, agencies, and industry publishers.
Campaign & Project Management
End-to-End Leadership: Lead marketing campaigns from initial conceptualization through to final execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Reporting & Analytics
Performance Tracking: Track and analyze core KPIs for all digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
Insight Generation: Formulate detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports, delivering actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Implement strategic improvements based on data-driven performance metrics.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing management or senior executive roles.
Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial sectors is highly preferred.
Portfolio: A strong, verifiable portfolio demonstrating successful content creation, B2B campaigns, and digital management.
Technical & Professional Skills
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus).
Copywriting: Exceptional storytelling and copywriting capabilities tailored to professional and industrial audiences.
Digital Fluency: Strong operational understanding of digital platforms, CMS, and marketing analytics tools.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Execution: Solid presentation skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse departments.
