Job Description

Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP modules across the company.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Coordinate with different departments including Production, Finance, HR, Inventory, and others.
Customize and configure the Odoo system according to business needs.
Train users and provide ongoing technical support.
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with developers when needed.
Improve and optimize business processes through ERP solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or services.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and user-training skills.
Experience with SQL and Python is preferred.
