Job Description

• Handle procurement of electrical materials and systems for projects.
• Review technical specifications and BOQs to ensure accurate material selection.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with technical office, site teams, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and approved vendors.
• Monitor material delivery, invoices, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10+ years of experience in procurement within MEP / construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials and suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of BOQs, contracts, and technical-commercial coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
