Job Profile:

A results-driven Senior Procurement Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, optimizing purchasing processes, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management, and the ability to support operational needs efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery. 
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers. 
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies. 
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs. 
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. 
• Resolve any procurement-related issues with suppliers. 
• Analyze market trends to achieve cost savings. 
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. 

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Beni-Suef residents only (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
