Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development projects related to aluminum products
• Improve product performance, quality, and manufacturing processes
• Develop innovative solutions and support technical operations
• Conduct testing, analysis, and documentation
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the aluminum industry (mandatory)
• Strong background in R&D, product development, or materials engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
