Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical team to design tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of proven experience in sales account management in the system integration or IT solutions industry.
- Proven experience in selling IT solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies.
- Experience with RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market (GCC exposure is a plus)
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
