Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Engineer to join our team on-site in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will drive sales by generating leads, identifying customer needs, presenting product specifications, and providing tailored material solutions. You will collaborate with clients to deliver technical support, develop proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. The Senior Sales Engineer will also regularly interact with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of organizational sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to provide innovative, technical product solutions
• Experience in Sales and a results-oriented approach to achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in delivering Technical Support and troubleshooting with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the construction materials or interior design industry is a plus
