Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Manager & Organization Development role, based in New Cairo. The selected candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, design and implement employer branding strategies, conduct interviews, and lead recruiting initiatives. Additional responsibilities include fostering organizational growth through the development and implementation of strategic talent management solutions.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Skills in Employer Branding and developing strategies to improve organizational visibility and attractiveness
• Proficiency in Interviewing and evaluation methodologies to ensure an efficient selection process
• Strong Recruiting experience and a proven ability to manage and fulfill talent acquisition needs
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to organizational growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in talent acquisition and organization development; experience in healthcare or aesthetics is a plus
