English Speakers Needed – Guest Support Representative

Sheba Tours is looking for English-speaking candidates to join our Guest Support team in Cairo. The role focuses on assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication through calls and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about company services and procedures.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain a friendly and customer-focused communication style.
• Update customer records and follow up when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
• Work effectively within assigned rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• 0–2 years of experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in customer service, hospitality, tourism, front office, guest relations, or call center is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Details

📍 Location: Sheraton, Cairo

💰 Salary: Up to 15,000 EGP Net

⏰ Working Hours: 8-hour rotational shifts
