Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions to challenges encountered on site.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site safety audits.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize site productivity.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate site logistics and oversee the delivery and storage of materials.
• Support the implementation of environmental and sustainability initiatives on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
• Proficiency in project management and site supervision.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site with a flexible, hands-on approach.
