Job Description

TMA is a leading company specializing in crane solutions and electromechanical engineering services, providing installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment across various sectors. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site installation, erection, commissioning, and maintenance of cranes and electromechanical systems.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and project progress updates.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and material management.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions when required.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in crane systems, lifting equipment, or electromechanical projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software tools.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with overhead cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, or industrial lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, and industrial electrical systems.
• Certification in project management or occupational safety is an advantage.
