Company Description Sky Healthy Food is a food ingredients company dedicated to supporting sustainable and healthy lifestyles through safe, high-quality products. Backed by THARAWAT INVESTMENTS and SKY INVESTMENTS, the company focuses on natural and healthy alternatives to traditional shell eggs. In partnership with SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, Sky Healthy Food operates a fully automated, state-of-the-art egg processing facility. Established in 2019 under the brand OVO Egypt, the operation has a production capacity of 23,000 tons per year. Using advanced technology, the company transforms shell eggs into pasteurized, liquid, and frozen products for industrial applications and export markets.
Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October, responsible for overseeing daily production operations in the egg processing facility. This role supervises production teams on the shop floor, ensures adherence to production plans and schedules, and monitors performance to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets. The Production Supervisor coordinates with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous workflow. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, tracking output, implementing standard operating procedures, and maintaining compliance with food safety and occupational health standards. The role also involves reporting production metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and coaching team members to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills and experience leading production teams in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
  • Proficiency in production planning and production schedules, including prioritizing orders, allocating resources, and managing shift activities.
  • Hands-on production management experience, with a focus on meeting KPIs related to quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing clear directions to team members.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is highly desirable, especially in automated or continuous processing plants.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required by production needs.
