We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing finishing works and ensuring efficient maintenance operations across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities and renovations.

• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

• Monitor material usage and control project costs

• Prepare technical reports and progress updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.

• Proven experience (2 – 4 years) in commercial, hospitality, or site management

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and standards

• Good understanding of maintenance systems and procedures

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
