🚀 We’re Hiring – HR Manager | Solveda

Solveda is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function and help build a high-performing team and culture. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

* Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture

* Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives

* Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations

* Handle HR documentation, contracts, attendance, and personnel records

* Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

* 3–7+ years of experience in Human Resources

* Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR practices

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally

* Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential

* Fluency in Arabic and English

💰 Salary: EGP 25,000 – 45,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
