Job Description
Responsibilities Develop and implement protocols and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the CEO Office. Managing the flow of information, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement protocol standards and procedures for the CEO’s office. Ensure all interactions and engagements Involving the CEO are executed with the highest level of professionalism and decorum. Plan, organize, and manage all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Accompany the CEO on business trips to provide on-site support and ensure all logistics are seamlessly managed. Oversee and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences involving the CEO. Ensure all logistical arrangements meet protocol requirements and are executed efficiently. Assist in planning and organizing special events, conferences, and other corporate functions Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences involving the CEO. Oversee the logistical arrangements and ensure all protocol requirements are met. Coordinating logistics, managing invitations, and ensuring smooth execution of the executive events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 Years of experience.
