About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our furniture showroom operations. This role requires a results-driven professional who can manage a sales team, deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure the showroom operates efficiently while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow

Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Ensure high standards of customer service and in-store experience

Handle key customer interactions and close high-value deals

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams

Oversee product display, merchandising, and showroom presentation

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations

Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve operations

Requirements

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in retail, preferably in furniture or home solutions

Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager

Strong leadership and team management skills

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals

Good understanding of showroom operations and customer behavior

Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)

Proficiency in Excel and retail/ERP systems ODoo ERP  is a big Plus
