Job Summary
The Electrical Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites. The role ensures that all electrical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and schematics.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving technical issues on-site.
• Support the testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports, technical documentation, and work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities and support the operation of electrical systems when required.
• Coordinate material requirements and verify delivered equipment and materials against project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance activities.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering principles and fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and electrical drawings.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documents, specifications, and schematics.
• Familiarity with UPS installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project needs.
