Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for call center positions, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with call center requirements and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the call center sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on call center recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Males only are suitable for this position.
