Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Operations Assistant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring efficient office workflows, assisting with operations management, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication with both internal teams and external clients, as well as attention to detail in maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to manage workflows and assist in process improvement.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring professional interactions and problem-solving for client needs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for operations and reporting is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
