Job Summary

The Talent Management Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing end-to-end talent management strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees. This role covers Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• Assess training needs and enhance development programs.
• Support and monitor the performance management cycle.
• Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Support organizational development and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Talent Management & HR Development.
• Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills
