Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Heliopolis. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, creating and managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing the execution of client projects, analyzing account performance, and presenting strategies to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Success Management skills
- Strategic Planning, Business Development, Opportunity Identification, and Project Management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and developing strategies to enhance performance
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is preferred
