10+ years in technical delivery, program management, or data operations

Responsible for owning the end-to-end technical roadmap across a fast-moving B2B SaaS

engineering team. This involves coordinating high-volume data pipelines, maintaining

delivery quality across cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring complex computational

systems reach production reliably and on schedule.

Ø Roadmap Management: Drive sprint planning, milestone tracking, and CI/CD

oversight across all engineering workstreams, maintaining code quality gates and

delivery standards at every stage.

Ø Data Pipeline Coordination: Oversee the ingestion, transformation, and orchestration

of high-volume, multi-source data feeds through automated, AI-assisted pipelines.

Ø Quality Enforcement: Define and enforce production data standards and system

performance requirements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy at every stage of

delivery.

Ø Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate AI/ML Scientists and Data Engineers daily,

translating model outputs and experiment results into clear sprint priorities.

Ø Risk and Incident Management: Proactively identify data incidents, integration

failures, and architectural gaps before they reach production using internal

observability tooling.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Ø Experience: 10+ years in technical delivery or program management in SaaS or data-

intensive environments.

Ø Pipeline Literacy: Able to read SQL transformations, schema validation errors, and

pipeline logs without needing to author them yourself.

Ø Cross-Functional Coordination: Proven ability to manage Backend, AI/ML, Frontend,

and DevOps engineers through demanding delivery cycles. Comfortable with CI/CD

and Scrum.

Ø Delivery Mindset: Prioritize shipping quality work in lean environments. Processes

serve delivery, not the reverse.

Ø Tooling Familiarity: Familiarity with modern data orchestration and pipeline tooling such as Dagster, dbt Core, Pandera, GitHub Actions, and MLflow.
