Job Description

Architectural Technical Office Engineer required to join BPlus Construction in Sheikh Zayed.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, payment certificates, and coordinating between technical office and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role focuses on finishing projects and requires strong technical and coordination skills.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Technical Office and finishing projects.
• Strong experience in Shop Drawings preparation and review.
• Strong experience in BOQs preparation and quantity take-off.
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and following up payment certificates.
• Good knowledge of finishing works and execution items.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate between Technical Office and Site teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Residents of Giza Governorate only.
• Ability to work from the company headquarters in Sheikh Zayed.
