Job Description
OYA Energy is expanding into Digital Engineering & Industrial Technology Solutions, supporting regional projects in digital transformation, industrial automation, infrastructure, utilities, and technical engineering services across Egypt and the Gulf region.
We are seeking a highly proactive Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and scale our software and engineering teams.
Job Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing a strong recruitment pipeline for software developers, technical engineers, QA specialists, industrial digitalization professionals, and related technical roles.
This role requires someone capable of building a high-quality talent pool from scratch, conducting sourcing activities, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and software-related positions.
- Source candidates, Screen and shortlist candidates for technical positions.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Build recruitment databases and maintain candidate pools.
- Support employer branding for Oya Energy Digital Engineering.
- Assist in designing hiring processes and onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate hiring for Egypt and Gulf-oriented technical projects.
Hiring Focus Areas
Candidates sourcing experience in:
- Full Stack Developers (.NET / Angular)
- Backend Developers
- Frontend Developers
- QA Engineers
- Data & BI Engineers
- Technical Coordinators / Business Analysts
Requirements
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Previous experience hiring software engineers is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn and technical hiring channels.
- Good understanding of software engineering roles and technical terminology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Very Good proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for Gulf or remote international projects.
- Experience building technical teams from scratch.
- Knowledge of industrial technology or automation sectors is a plus.
