Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tanta for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, implement and maintain efficient processes, and ensure adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include managing operational budgets, streamlining workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading initiatives to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

* Experience in operations management or project/program coordination.

* Background in STEM Education is a strong plus.

* Full-time availability.
