Job Description
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, RFIs, contracts, and all related project documents.
- Develop project mobilization plans based on scope, sequencing, and site constraints in coordination with Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department to develop and monitor procurement schedules aligned with project milestones.
- Prepare monthly procurement plans, financial plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material quantity assessments to support procurement and project execution.
- Prepare project progress reports and technical reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and highlight potential risks or delays.
- Maintain proper document control and ensure all project documentation is up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical office functions within high-end fit-out, finishing, residential, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, quantity surveying, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
