We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Policy Support Specialist to join the team.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable explaining insurance coverage to customers, this is the role for you. Stop chasing hours and start banking them — this position is structured to help you hit overtime dollars every single week.

You are the perfect candidate if you are comfortable with:

Following up on insurance policy status & documents for several banks

Checking insurance policies and breaking them down for customers when needed

Explaining insurance coverage clearly for each bank

Making changes on insurance policies when requested

Scheduling payments for pre-existing insurance policies

Answering all customer questions about insurance coverage

You also have:

Good English communication skills (B1/B2 or Upper Intermediate)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Patience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A high school diploma as a minimum. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
