Job Description

To communicate with existing and potential customers via telephone to promote the company’s products or services, achieve sales targets, and build positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Clearly and professionally present products and services.
Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries.
Persuade customers and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
Update customer information and record call outcomes in the system.
Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and call activities.
Comply with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

1-Previous sales experience preferred
2-Strong communication and presentation skills
3-English proficiency (B1 level or above)
4-Ability to work under targets and deadlines
5-Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
