Job Description
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to real estate services.
- Provide accurate information about property and pricing.
- Offer AK for Real Estate’s sale/rental listing services.
- Document all customer interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding real estate offerings and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to company protocols, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- 2 days off
Requirements
- Minimum of 0 to 4 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work full-time, under an employment contract, and on-site at the office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn about real estate services.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
