Job Description

The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, engaging prospective clients, and effectively presenting the company’s services. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present company services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
 

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call center roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
• Target-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
