• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) when needed.

Requirements

• (1-3 )years of experience in telesales, call center, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
• Strong listening skills and patience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
