•  Leading the pricing and quantity surveying team

• Reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and taking quantity surveys
• Approving Unit Rate Analysis (URA)
• Preparing technical and financial proposals
• Pricing key Variation Orders

Requirements

•  Quantity surveying of drawings
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.
•  Price analysis
•  Requesting and comparing supplier offers
• Tender preparation support
• Support for pricing changes during execution
