We are looking for a Regional Business Manager – Egypt & North Africa to join The Fini Company in a high-impact role with strong visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.
You will lead the development of our business across Egypt and selected North African markets, driving growth through distributor management and ensuring strong in-market execution. From shaping market strategies to delivering results, you will play a key role in accelerating our expansion in the region.

Main Responsibilities
- Commercial strategy execution and business development
- Lead and execute Fini’s commercial strategy across Egypt and North Africa through appointed distributors.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and distribution expansion in line with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and channel development.
- Ensure alignment between market activities and global/regional strategic priorities.
- Market performance and planning
- Deliver results across key KPIs, including sales, margins, distribution, and execution quality.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each market.
- Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and define corrective action plans.
- Provide regular reporting and performance reviews to senior management.
- Distributor management and execution excellence
- Manage distributor performance end-to-end, ensuring compliance with agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock levels, and overall supply efficiency in the market.
- Drive excellence in in-store execution, visibility, and promotional activities.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Key account development and market execution
- Support the development of key accounts and strategic customers in the region.
- Partner with distributors to strengthen negotiation, execution, and customer relationships.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing and promotional plans.
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment and execution consistency.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as the key point of contact for the region, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Coaching, capability building, and market intelligence
- Coach and support distributor teams to enhance capabilities and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance orientation, and continuous improvement across the region.
Requirements:
Education
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong experience in distributor management and multi-market commercial operations.
- Proven track record in delivering growth, managing key accounts, and driving execution excellence.
- Strong understanding of the Egyptian market and North African business environment.
Languages
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- French is a plus.
