Job Title: Interior Design Sales Engineer (Furniture)

Location: Obour City – Industrial Zone, Egypt

About the Role:

The Picnic Factory is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Engineer with experience in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored furniture solutions that meet client needs across commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in project sales (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on project requirements
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations with clients
• Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in furniture sales or project sales
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and customization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to read drawings (AutoCAD is a plus)
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
