Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and managing day-to-day sales activities. Additionally, the role includes providing product training and contributing to sales strategy development to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and maintain client satisfaction.
• Experience with Training to guide and support team members in achieving their sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
