Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Vendor role located in Qesm El Maadi, where the candidate will oversee supplier partnerships and inventory management to ensure high-quality Egyptian products are sourced and represented effectively. Daily responsibilities include selecting and liaising with trusted suppliers, maintaining relationships, coordinating order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and monitoring the global delivery process closely. The Vendor will play a crucial role in supporting business growth and driving operational efficiency in alignment with TUT’s core values and mission.

Qualifications

• Vendor management, supplier coordination, and supplier performance evaluation skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and logistics operations
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with relevant software/tools (e.g., inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Prior experience or familiarity with global trade and cross-border shipping is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
