Job Overview:
Consultation Group for Accounting and Auditing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven UAE Business Setup & Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, providing professional consultations to prospective clients, and guiding them through the complete UAE company formation process.
This role combines consultative sales and operational execution, requiring the ability to understand client requirements, recommend suitable UAE Free Zone solutions, close deals, and coordinate directly with Free Zone authorities to complete licensing and visa procedures. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about helping entrepreneurs and businesses establish their presence in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to warm leads received from WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, website inquiries, and phone calls.
- Follow up diligently with potential clients and maintain strong communication until deal closing.
- Understand client business activities and recommend suitable UAE Free Zone setup solutions.
- Conduct online consultations with prospective clients and explain UAE company formation packages.
- Take full ownership of the execution process by coordinating directly with UAE Free Zone portals and authorities to issue licenses and visas.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up tracking sheets efficiently.
- Generate leads, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on UAE business laws, policies, and regulatory changes.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Services (Prior experience in UAE Business Setup / Free Zone formation is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE business laws, licensing procedures, and free zones.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up abilities and a target-oriented, self-motivated personality.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- High personal organizational skills with proven ability to manage client pipelines.
